Our free pre-payment review runs before checkout. If your case isn't a candidate for a strong appeal (e.g. plan explicitly excludes the treatment), we tell you why and what could change that — at no charge. If we charge you and then can't deliver a usable letter, you get a full refund.
Do I pay per letter or subscribe?+
Patients pay per letter. Independent doctors and group practices subscribe — it's much cheaper per appeal at any volume.
Is my appeal letter in English or Spanish?+
Both. Pick a language at intake. Letters are written natively in Spanish (not machine-translated) when you select Spanish.
What if my insurance denies the first appeal?+
